- Share our articles unchanged, with credit; code in them is yours to use.

Agreement
These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses technochat.in (the "site"), run by Saugata Datta ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
Disclaimer
Articles, opinions, scripts and downloads are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. They are our own personal views and do not represent any employer, past or present. Technology changes quickly: an article reflects what was true when it was written or last updated, so check the date and the versions it names.
Using our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text and original images are © TECHNO / CHAT - TECH BLOG and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. You may read, print and share an article unchanged, as long as you credit TECHNO / CHAT - TECH BLOG and link to the original. You may not publish edited, translated or summarised versions, copy articles in bulk, or present them as your own. Quoting a short passage with a link is always welcome.
Code shown in articles may be used and changed in your own projects, personal or commercial, without asking. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Some illustrations are made with AI tools and do not show real events or products.
Your systems, your responsibility
Our guides explain what worked for us; your environment is different. Read a guide to the end, test on a non-production system, take a backup first and follow your organisation's rules. You are responsible for changes you make, and we are not liable for data loss, downtime or other damage that results from following an article, running a script or using a download.
Downloads
Some downloads are our own and some are made by others and offered for convenience, under their own licences, which you must follow. Downloads come without support or warranty; scan them with up-to-date security software before use. If you own a file listed here and want it changed or removed, tell us through the Contact page.
The online tools
The free network and developer tools are for everyday diagnostics. Use them only on domains, addresses and systems that you own or are allowed to test; do not use them to scan, attack or overload anyone's systems, do not automate them or get around their limits, and do not use the results for anything unlawful. We may block use that breaks these rules. Results are for information only.
Accounts and comments
You are responsible for what is done with your account, so keep it secure. When you comment, you keep the rights to what you write and let us show it on the site. Please keep comments on topic and respectful: we remove spam, abuse, other people's personal data, illegal content and anything that infringes someone's rights.
Ads and other websites
The site is supported by ads served by Google; an ad is not an endorsement. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
We work hard to be accurate and keep the site available, but articles can contain mistakes and the site may sometimes be unavailable. To the fullest extent the law allows, TECHNO / CHAT - TECH BLOG and Saugata Datta are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site, its content, tools or downloads.
Complaints and rights claims
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights or breaks the law, tell us through the Contact page with the page address and what the problem is. We review every report and act on valid ones, normally within 72 hours.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
